- Check in from 2pm. Check out strictly 10am. Late checkout can sometimes be arranged. A half day fee applies.
- All fees payable on arrival - cash, credit card & eftpos only accepted. No refunds for early departures.
- With regards to refunds on deposits - Christmas - NO REFUND of initial deposit. NO REFUND after 30th Nov. No refunds 14 days prior to Easter or September School Hols. No refunds for cancellations made 24hrs or less prior to arrival date. All cancellations incur a loss of the first nights tariff.
- All single beds require bedding & towels. Towels will be supplied for additional paying guests only
- Hire bedding available for a nominal fee.
- Minimum bookings apply Xmas, Easter, long weekends & weekends in high season. A surcharge applies for Friday or Saturday night only bookings.
- Units are not serviced. Fresh linen provided after first 7 nights.
- No overcrowding on sites or units. Max 6 people. No more than 4 adults.
- We will endeavour to hold a requested site, however we reserve the right to move you should the need arise.
